울산시청부근 종가 돼지국밥이 사랑받는 이유는?

저희집은 외식할때 돼지국밥 먹으로 가는거 좋아해서
국밥은 속을 넘 든든하게 해줘서 좋아해요
맨날 한곳만 가다가 새로운 곳을 찾다가 종가 돼지국밥을 발견했어요

먼저 저희 동생이 먼저 현장답사(?)를 하고 친구 추천도 받아서 제가 정말 좋아할거라고했어요
그래서 기대를 많이 했어요!

종가 돼지국밥

울산 시청근처에 위치한 종가 돼지국밥은 주차장이 따로 없기 때문에
시청에 주차하기를 추천합니다 왜냐면 1시간 주차는 무료에요
괜히 아무데나 주차했다가 범칙금 받는거 보단 낫잖아요

외관은 되게 오래된 맛집처럼 보였어요
저는 저녁에 가서 그런지 줄은 서지 않았어요 좀 한산했어요
낮에 갈때는 줄서서 웨이팅 시간이 길어질 수 있기때문에 일찍 가세요

종가 돼지국밥

저희는 돼지국밥,순대국밥,내장국밥 시켰어요
저는 순대국밥을 좋아해서 저희 부모님은 돼지국밥을 시켰어요
여기는 간이 되어있기 때문에 새우젓넣으면 짤수 있으니 유의하세요
그리고 팔팔 끓여서 그런지 뜨거워서 입천장이 데일수 있어요

여기는 국밥안에 밥이 같이 나오기 때문에 따로 먹고 싶으신 분은 따로 국밥시키세요
그리고 1000원 더 비싸요

아,그리고 고추무침이 맛있다고 소문이 낫더라구요
제 생각엔 된장,고추장,물엿이 들어가서 맛있더라구요
그리고 다른데랑 비교되게 고기도 듬뿍 주네요

반면에 김치는 너무 익어서 별로~
전 겉저리 김치를 선호해서
조금은 호불호가 날 수있을거 같아요
저녁에 먹을땐 돼지국밥 + 삼계탕 맛이 낫어요
국물이 좀 끈적하면서도 삼계탕이 맛나고 닭고기도 있었어요
전 낮에 가서 먹는게 맛이 나은거 같아요 저녁보다

pork and rice soup makes me full so l like to eat that
we usually only go to one restaurant but this time we found a new restaurant

first, my brother went there, his friend recommended that
he told me that I really would like it
so I was looking forward to it

they don't have a parking place
so, it's better you should parking at the city hall parking place
because it's free until 1 hour
it's a better safe parking place than paying fine

it looked so old good restaurant
it was not packed when I went there at night
but when my brother had it, he had to get in line
so you should go there earlier

we ordered 돼지국밥,순대국밥,내장국밥
I like to eat 순대국밥 so I order it and my parents ordered pork and rice soup
this food is kind of salty so if you like salty you should add it
they are made very hot so you could burn into your mouth

they bring out the rice into the pork and rice soup
so if you wanna separately, order that food
it's expensive 1000won

I heard that they are very popular seasoned green pepper
I think they add Doenjang, Hot pepper paste, starch syrup
so it tasted good
and they give a lot of meat compared to another restaurant

on the other hand, kimchi was way too fermented kimchi
because I like to eat fresh kimchi
I guess it could be polarising place
when I eat that at night it tasted like a combination of Ginseng chicken soup and pork and rice soup
and the broth was kind of sticky
I recommend you go there in the morning or afternoon
